How do I load funds into the Wallet?

Load your funds into the Wallet from a whitelisted account. Transactions from non-whitelisted accounts will not be processed. Wallet details are available on your dashboard.

How do I use the At Moon DPS Dashboard for payouts?

The dashboard offers three manual payout methods:
-Bulk Payout with Excel: Upload an Excel file with multiple payout details.
-Beneficiary Payout: Add and verify a beneficiary, then initiate the payout.
-Quick Payout: Enter account details, select the payment mode, and specify the amount directly without needing to add a beneficiary.

Are Webhooks & API responses static or dynamic?

Webhooks and API responses are consistent within a specific version. Changes occur with version updates.

What callbacks does At Moon DPS Payout API provide for transaction status?

At Moon DPS offers two types of callbacks:
Credit Callback: Notifies you when funds are credited to your Wallet, including amount and timestamp.
Debit Callback: Notifies you when funds are debited from your Wallet, including amount and timestamp.
